A new era in cancer research
Building the most complete, honest digital twin of the HER2 protein — to understand how it drives cancer, and how to outmaneuver it.
The twin comes first. Before we can test what binds to HER2 or design experiments against it, we need to deeply understand the protein itself — how it moves, how mutations change it, where the science agrees and where it contradicts. That foundation is what we are building now, and every tool here serves it.
Understand the protein first. Everything else follows.
Transparent science. Real progress.
Every number below is a live count of the actual work done so far — nothing invented, nothing projected.
Twin first. Everything else follows.
Our mission starts with deeply understanding HER2 — how it moves, how mutations change it, and where the science contradicts itself. The Twin builds that foundation; the Compute Lab stress-tests it; and the Experimental Lab — through partner laboratories now, and a dedicated lab later — measures the things only a real experiment can settle. Each part is labeled by what it can do today, what runs through partner labs, and what is next on the build list.

The HER2 Twin
An AI research system that reads across the scientific literature on HER2, finds where papers contradict each other, asks new questions, and keeps a working, mechanistic model of the protein that updates as evidence arrives.

HER2T Compute Lab
The Twin hands its highest-value questions here. Today the Compute Lab runs real GPU molecular-dynamics and structural simulations on actual HER2 structures — the work that builds the twin's understanding of the protein. Drug-docking and binding come next, once the twin is solid enough to trust those results. That's the honest order.

Available now · via partner labsHER2T Experimental Lab
HER2T does not yet operate its own physical wet laboratory. Today, high-value experiments can be sent to qualified outside laboratories and research partners for physical testing. Results can then return to HER2T as measured evidence and be compared against its frozen predictions. Our long-term goal is a dedicated HER2T laboratory capable of running these experiments directly and continuously.

See what’s readyThe Living HER2 Map
HER2 drawn as its real regions — each one filling in with everything the platform has learned. Bright means grounded knowledge; dim and dark means our understanding runs out. The dark is the point.
Find a previously unknown weakness in HER2-driven cancer — and design the decisive experiment that could test it.
The twin comes first. Every tool here — the model contests, the collision detector, the curiosity engine, the living HER2 map, the computational verifier — exists to deepen the twin’s understanding of HER2 and move one honest question up a ladder: from something nobody had framed, to a real measurement that changes what we know. That ladder is below, with the real counts right now.
Where honesty draws the line: HER2T can carry a question all the way to the decisive experiment — the single test that would settle it — and can arrange for that test to be run by a qualified laboratory or research partner. But HER2T cannot declare a physical result itself, and it never dresses up a prediction as a measurement. The last rungs, Measured and Model updated, only light up when a real experiment produces a documented, cited result. That boundary is the point: computation can propose the experiment worth running, but only reality can settle it.
See what the platform believes — and how sure it is
A living field of every claim it holds. Size is how much a claim matters, colour is what it currently believes, brightness is how sure it is. It sits perfectly still until real evidence moves it — then you watch the belief flare or fracture. Nothing here is on a timer; every motion is caused.
