The coloured structures and breathing traces below are driven by genuine MD frames — the colour of each residue and every point on each curve is a deterministic number recomputed from real coordinates, never invented. These are isolated HER2 sub-domains, not the whole receptor, and are physics-based estimates — labeled MD-Sampled, not measurements. External studies whose raw frames we do not hold are shown separately as external claims, with no motion drawn.
