HomeYour starting point: what the system is doing and what to try next. The MindSee what the platform believes and how sure it is — a living field of every claim it holds. It only moves when real evidence moves it.What Is HER2T?Plain-English explanation of the problem we are solving, how the AI research team works, and what we do with the data it produces. Start here.Learn HER2A free, beginner-friendly guide to the settled science: what HER2 is, why too much of it drives cancer, and how the approved medicines work. No account needed. The JourneyThe whole plan on one page: where we are, where we’re headed, what unlocks in V2 & V3, how many papers we’ve covered, and what we’ve found so far. This is the map the rest of the menu follows. Methods & ReproducibilityExactly how the work is done — reading and reasoning, deterministic structural math, live GPU molecular dynamics — and the discipline that catches our own mistakes, with a real worked example of a failure we found and corrected. What HER2T KnowsHonest scoreboard: what was resolved, what’s still open, and what HER2T learned each month.

V1 · Understand — Live

Run a DiscoveryAsk a research question and watch a team of AI agents investigate it. The best place to see the platform work.Mine a Paper for IdeasTurn any HER2 paper into clean, testable claims the platform can use.Where Papers DisagreeCollide claims from different papers — the platform writes its own testable ideas.Feed the BeltTurn HER2T’s own open questions into guarded literature mining — audit first, resolve never.Research AgendaWhat should we work on next? Questions ranked by how much fresh disagreement the literature shows.Open QuestionsEverything HER2T doesn’t yet know — the platform’s research agenda.Ideas & FindingsEvery idea the system formed, ranked and stress-tested by a skeptic.Leads for Expert ReviewThe strongest unresolved contradictions — vetted by skeptic, evidence, and novelty checks — packaged as dossiers for a human specialist to grade.

Follow the Work

Live ActivityWatch what the platform is doing in real time — papers mined, contradictions found, questions generated, leads screened. Public and safe.Discovery StoryRead one full discovery like a short story — question to conclusion.Question LifecycleFollow any question up the honest ladder — from unknown, to a decisive experiment, to a real measurement that changes the model.Research TriageEvery open question sorted by what HER2T can actually do now — execute, recover inputs, wait for compute, hand to a lab, or ask an expert. My LabYour private workspace: bookmark questions, ideas, leads and papers with your own notes. Personal to you — nothing here is public or changes the platform.

The Lab Handoff

Ready for the Compute LabWhat the AI research team has decided is worth a real experiment. The Compute Lab (V2) is currently paused under a safety freeze, so nothing is being simulated.Ready for the Experimental LabThe last gate, in two halves: Expert Review — specialists grade the strongest leads (live now) — and Experimental Validation — the physical wet lab that measures them for real (future).

V2 · Simulate — Live · Expanding

The Living HER2 MapHER2 drawn as its real regions, each filling in with what we know — and what we don’t.The Living HER2 ModelA digital twin of the HER2 protein that grows as evidence arrives.See HER2 MoveWatch how flexible parts of the protein actually flex and breathe.Explore the ProteinLook at the real, measured 3D structure of HER2.Live Computational LabThe GPU compute lab view. Compute is currently paused under a safety freeze, so no experiment is running; earlier real results stay visible. Nothing shown is faked.Wet-Lab ShortlistThe computational estimates most worth measuring next in a real wet lab, ranked by predicted effect, how well repeat runs agree, and how much a measurement would teach us. Real results only. What We Don't Know YetAn honest map of the open gaps in what has actually been measured.Reproduction RunsSee frozen predictions on a stage-by-stage reproduction ladder. Reproduction runs and the Compute Lab are currently paused under a safety freeze pending scientific review.

Toward V3 · Discover

Honest Model ContestRival models compete to predict HER2 — and lose points for bluffing. An early piece of the Discover phase.Idea FunnelThousands of ideas in, only the strongest few survive to the end.

Under the Hood

Knowledge MapHow everything the system has learned connects together. The AI TeamMeet the specialized AI agents that do the research work. The Scale of the WorkHow much of the ~70,000-paper HER2/ERBB2 field we have actually processed, and the volume of runs, questions and predictions the full corpus implies. The honest case for funding.
