Reproduction Runs

Each frozen prediction climbs an auditable ladder. Every stage records its status, provenance, the software/method that ran it, and its inputs and outputs. HER2T runs only the stages it can genuinely execute — including GPU molecular dynamics on the live HER2T Compute Lab — and stops, explicitly blocked, at any stage whose compute is not connected (such as molecular docking). No scientific output is ever faked.
