Ready for the Compute Lab
Everything on this page has already made it through the hard part. The AI scientific team read the papers, found where they disagree, challenged the ideas, and decided these are worth a real experiment. The next step is the Compute Lab — an autonomous lab that runs the actual molecular-dynamics simulations. It is intentionally paused under a safety freeze: no finding is being sent to a GPU node until the freeze is lifted by a reviewed decision.
The path a finding takes
The Compute Lab is intentionally paused — safety freeze
Compute is deliberately frozen while the simulation preparation is independently reviewed. No queued job is handed to any node and no new jobs are created, so nothing will run until the freeze is lifted by a reviewed decision. Earlier results remain visible as computational estimates.
The HER2T Compute Lab is intentionally paused under a safety freeze. No simulations are being sent to any GPU node.
No molecular-docking engine is attached. Docking stages stay blocked, never faked.
No FEP / binding-free-energy engine is attached. Those stages are not run.
Physical experiments go to qualified partner laboratories today; a dedicated HER2T lab is the goal. No physical experiment has been run yet.
Where this sits in the plan
V1 — the scientific team — is live and decides what deserves an experiment. The Compute Lab (V2) runs molecular-dynamics simulations on these vetted findings, producing computational estimates; it is currently paused under a safety freeze, so nothing is being simulated. What survives that goes on to the Experimental Lab.
